Yes. All prescription treatments on Stateside Scripts require a licensed provider to review your intake and issue a prescription before any medication is dispensed.

After completing your intake form, a licensed provider reviews your health history and goals. They may follow up with questions before issuing a prescription or recommending a protocol.

Treatment is available to adults (18+) in the United States who complete an online health intake. Eligibility isn't automatic — a licensed provider reviews your health history and goals and prescribes only when treatment is clinically appropriate for you.

Sometimes. In general terms, some treatments aren't appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with certain medical conditions or a relevant medical history, or alongside particular medications. This isn't medical advice or a diagnosis — the point of the intake is so a provider can review your specific history and flag anything before prescribing. Always tell your provider about your conditions, allergies, and current medications.

If a provider determines a treatment isn't right for you, it won't be prescribed and you won't be charged for that medication.

Medications that need to stay cold ship in insulated packaging with cold packs. Refrigerate them promptly on arrival following the instructions included with your shipment.

Yes. Medication subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account before your next shipment — canceling stops all future shipments and charges.

Monthly plans are charged each month; 3-month plans are charged today and then every 3 months until you cancel. In all cases, medication is only dispensed after provider approval.

Clinical services are provided by licensed providers affiliated with our partner medical group, Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC (Sean Arora, MD, NPI #1841729449). Prescriptions are fulfilled by our partner pharmacy, The Pharmacy Hub (15600 NW 15th Ave, Suite C, Miami, FL 33169; (888) 958-1382; thepharmacyhub.com). Services are available in all 50 U.S. states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements. Certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary by state.

Yes. Certain treatments, including injectable NAD+ and glutathione, are compounded by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy operating under Section 503A. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved to prevent, treat, or cure any disease. See our Compliance & Pharmacy Information page for details.
