This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Stateside Scripts, Inc. Please read it alongside our Terms of Use and Shipping & Returns policy.
01Consultation fees
If you cancel before a licensed provider completes their clinical review, we will refund the consultation fee. Once a provider has reviewed your intake, the consultation fee is generally non-refundable, because the service has been delivered.
02Prescription medications
If a provider determines that a treatment is not appropriate for you, it will not be prescribed and you will not be charged for that medication. Prescription and compounded medications are prepared for you individually and, for safety reasons, cannot be returned or resold once shipped; they are non-refundable once care has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged, or there is an error with your order, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
03How to request a refund
