This disclaimer applies to the Stateside Scripts, Inc. website and platform (“Stateside Scripts”). Please read it alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Consent to Telehealth. By using this site you acknowledge the information below.
01Informational purposes only
The content on Stateside Scripts — including text, graphics, product descriptions, and educational material about NAD+, glutathione, and other treatments — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition or treatment, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.
02No provider–patient relationship online
Browsing this website does not create a provider–patient relationship. A relationship is established only when you complete an online medical intake and a licensed provider reviews your information and agrees to provide care. Provider services are delivered through Stateside Scripts’ affiliated telehealth medical group and its licensed clinicians, who exercise independent clinical judgment.
03Prescription treatments require provider approval
NAD+ and glutathione are prescription treatments. They are dispensed only when a licensed provider determines they are appropriate for you based on your health history and an online consultation, and they are fulfilled by a U.S.-licensed pharmacy. Completing an intake or a purchase does not guarantee that a provider will prescribe any treatment. A provider may decline to prescribe if a treatment is not clinically appropriate. You must be at least 18 years old to use Stateside Scripts.
04Compounded medications & FDA status
Certain treatments offered through Stateside Scripts, including injectable NAD+ and glutathione, are compounded by licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or effectiveness, and these products are not FDA-approved to prevent, treat, or cure any disease. The clinical evidence for many marketed wellness and longevity benefits is limited and still developing. Discuss the current evidence, benefits, and risks with your provider before starting any treatment, and review the medication-specific Safety Disclosures.
05No guaranteed results
Individual results vary. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of any particular health outcome. Statements describing what a treatment is “commonly associated with” or “used to support” are general and do not reflect a guaranteed result for any individual.
06Not for emergencies
Stateside Scripts does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including trouble breathing, chest pain, a severe allergic reaction, or thoughts of harming yourself — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
07Reporting side effects
Tell your Stateside provider about any side effects or concerns. You can also report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or at www.fda.gov/medwatch.
