What's the difference between the monthly and 3-month plans?
The monthly plan ships one vial each month. The 3-month plan ships three vials every three months at a lower per-month price. Both are subscriptions you can cancel anytime.
How is NAD+ administered?
NAD+ is given as a subcutaneous injection, five times a week. Each 10 mL vial is multi-dose and lasts about four weeks; full instructions and supplies are included.
How should I store the vial?
Keep it refrigerated at 36–46°F. Do not freeze, and discard per the beyond-use date on the label.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel your medication subscription anytime from your account before your next shipment.
When am I charged?
Monthly plan: charged each month. 3-month plan: charged today, then every 3 months until you cancel — after provider approval.
